Pamela Sue Prettyman

Pamela Sue Prettyman, age 63, passed away on April 26, 2026. She was born on May 13, 1962, to James and Ruth Burgess.

Pamela spent many years working as a waitress, where she was known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature. She had a love for simple joys in life, especially playing bingo, where she found both fun and community.

She also had a deep love for classic cars, especially her cherished 1966 Mustang-so much so that her license plate proudly read “PAMS 66.” Her passion for hot rods was something that brought her joy and was a reflection of her personality.

She is survived by her daughters, Michelle Shull, and Cheryl Rojo; her brothers, Jim Burgess and Bobby Burgess; her sisters, Cheryl Coultas, Gail Burgess, and Lavon Mershon; as well as two grandsons and two granddaughters.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Burgess, and her brothers, Bryan Burgess, and Jeff Burgess.

She will be remembered for her resilience, her presence in the lives of those who knew her, and the memories she leaves behind with her family.
