Hazel June Hanger

Hazel June Hanger gained her angel wings on April 23rd, 2026. She passed at home with her family by her side.

She will be remembered for her kindness and generosity, by all who loved her. She enjoyed baking chocolate chip cookies for her kids and grandkids. She spent many years milking cows on the Albert’s dairy farm and collected Holstein cow items.

She is survived by her twin sister, Helen Vandermey, children Ron (Elaine) Hanger, Susan (Kerry) Hunter, Tracy Bloomstrom, Becky Hanger, Jani (Doug) Astrop and Jack (Lucia) Hanger. She is remembered and survived by many grandchildren which extends to multiple generations.

She is preceded in death by her parents Claude Garrison and Hazel Baumgarten, brothers Loren, Kenneth, Lester, and Glenn Garrison, sisters Lila Garrison and Arlene Wood, husband Keith Hanger and children Robin, Steven and Dick Hanger and Klon Bloomstrom, Sr.

She especially enjoyed living with Christy and Tim Filer for the past eleven years. Her family was her whole world and she will live on in all their hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when all her family is able to attend. This information will be shared on social media when scheduled.
